SUMMIT is a high-energy class blending 30 minutes of heart-pumping HIIT with 30 minutes of grounding Vinyasa yoga. Build strength and power with HIIT, then stretch and restore with yoga to find calm and clarity. Rise, challenge yourself, and feel inspired in this complete workout.

RECOVERY

Open to All Levels. Reset with Recovery, a gentle yoga class designed to release tension and nurture your body and mind. Set to soothing lofi beats, you'll slow down, let go, and reconnect through restorative postures. Blocks and straps provided.

YIIN

This is a grounding practice with long, passive holds to improve flexibility and mobility. Reiki may also be offered for enhanced relaxation. With dim lights and deep breaths, this class invites you to release tension and find stillness—perfect for all levels.
